After processing medical amount w/o voucher bill. Pondicherry SSA UNIT sent the TDS Rs598/- amount to Income tax dept and balance bill amt Rs11492/-( to be paid to pensioner) to circle office medical bill payment section. But due to lack of fund the amount is pending and not credited to pensioner's account. This i came to know when i went to Greams road Circle office medical bill section in 4th floor at A1 section and meet Mrs Amuda the dealing assistant. There is no seniority or alphabetical order for payment. Hence medical bill w/o voucher amount is reflected in my form 26A for FY 2018-19 as (AMOUNT PAID Rs11492/- on 30th june 2018 ) without credit to my account. My vendor no R97406937
